UK delivery from £4.50

Every UK parcel goes by Royal Mail Tracked. The price is the same to anywhere in the UK, including the Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland.

Worldwide

We post abroad with Royal Mail International Tracked. The price depends on the Royal Mail zone the country is in.

Orders are packed and posted within 1 to 2 working days. Checkout works out your parcel size from the size and weight of what you order, and shows the exact price, packing included, before you pay.

Royal Mail postage. We add a packing charge for the parcel size: £0.75 for a small parcel, and £1.50, £2.50 or £3.50 for a medium parcel up to 2, 10 or 20 kg. Tracked parcels are covered up to £75 if they’re lost or damaged.

Prices are for Royal Mail International Tracked small parcels (up to 2 kg, with cover up to £50). Prices vary a little from country to country within a zone. Heavier parcels, up to 20 kg, and the packing charge are added at checkout. The destination country may charge import duty or tax when the parcel arrives.

Good to know

If something goes wrong

  • Missed delivery? Royal Mail leaves a card, and you can rebook or collect from your local delivery office. If a parcel comes back to us, we may need to charge postage to send it again.
  • Too big for Royal Mail? Large items such as train sets can be over Royal Mail’s size limits. Choose click & collect, or call us and we’ll arrange a courier.
  • Wrong address? Contact us straight away. If the parcel hasn’t been posted yet, we’ll change it.
  • Not arrived? If a UK order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, let us know and we’ll chase it with Royal Mail.
